After a brief career break to care for my three daughters, I applied to be a candidate on BBC's 'The Apprentice' in 2016, a show watched by millions. I was selected as one of the final 8 out of over 100,000 nationwide applicants, thanks to my innate understanding of audience needs and effective pitching – essential skills in successful marketing.

Following my appearance on the show, I have amassed a substantial social media following on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I am a frequent media commentator on the UK's leading radio stations and have served as a guest speaker for various organisations, including Google, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Imperial College London, among others.

As a Managing Partner at Finn Partners, a global integrated marketing and communications agency, I lead the digital marketing services for Europe. I leverage my 16.5 years of experience as a co-founder and CEO of MintTwist, an international digital marketing agency that joined Finn Partners in 2021, to help clients achieve their objectives through effective digital strategy design and implementation.

I also share my expertise and passion for digital marketing as a lecturer and author for the University of London, a speaker for various organisations, and a live streamer on social media platforms. I have worked with hundreds of brands across B2B, B2C, and public sectors, including Roche Pharma, Virgin, and Accenture, to navigate and leverage the digital revolution.
